I love this product. However, you should not buy this product if you think it's going to magically shrink your waist. It is more like a gel than a lotion. Using it twice a day, I noticed my skin feeling tighter and smoother. I use it around my waist and "love handle" area. You will notice somewhat of a tingle when you put it on, which is refreshing. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking to tighten up some loose skin they may have around their love handle/stomach area. It will not help you loose weight, but it will certainly help to tighten what you've got!

Overall, I like this product. I don't see much difference in terms of effect between this product and its sister products in the fatgirlslim and fatgirlsleep lines that Bliss makes. They basically do the same thing, but I think this one is a bit more expensive. The primary way it differs from those others is in consistency. The others have a more cream/thick lotion consistency, while this product is more of a gel. It leaves a fresh, tingly feeling all over that lasts a while after application, which is nice. It also makes your skin very soft and smooth, and a bit tighter--I noticed a difference even after one application! The effects do go away when you stop using the product, though, so it only really makes sense to buy if you can keep consistently buying it.

Want something that works wonders? This product does. I really enjoy using the LoveHandler, and think it has actually helped reduce my cellulite and belly a little bit. Don't expect huge changes, though, as it won't eliminate that beer belly if you don't alter your lifestyle (eat right, diet, exercise, etc...). Plus, you have to use it for quite a while to see the effects. I wish it was a little cheaper, otherwise I'd be buying it all the time!
Oh! and I love the cooling effect it has when it's applied. It makes you feel like you can actually feel it working!

I've been using this product religiously, exactly as directed, for 5-6 weeks now and have not seen any results. My stomach area is in pretty good shape, but decided to try this for a couple of stubborn areas that no amount of abdominal exercises seem to help. Well this did not help either. It has a nice, cool, tingly feeling but that is about the extent of it. I guess I'm just not in the 50 percentile that saw results. I would not recommend this product.

This caffeine cream won't melt away any excess weight but it does help tone, tighten and improve contour definition: while advertised for the waist/hip area, it's also good to keep cellulite at bay on upper thighs. Similar to (but slightly cheaper than) Clarins Body Lift, this gives a tingle to skin which I like but not everyone does. Best used in combination with body brushing, massage and exercise like yoga/Pilates.
