The colour in the main listing photo does not look anything like the real thing. The actual watch and band is really very black - it is not at all brown or beige looking like the photo. In certain lights you can see a faint copperish tinge in the centre band links but otherwise it is jet black.

The slightly convex glass is very shiny and reflects light nicely. It makes a nice contrast with the matte titanium finish of the case and the outer band links. The centre band links are more glossy and kind of merge up into the glossy face.

The watch feels really light to hold in your hand and very nice and light on your wrist. This is its best characteristic and makes it feel like a real luxury item. The watch case is nice and thin, as is the link band. It sits slim and stylish on your wrist. I like the butterfly clip too - it has a quality engineered feel to it like the rest of the watch.

I bought mine from The Watch Co on Amazon and they shipped it to me here in Australia - very happy with the service - definitely a happy customer.

Great watch and a lot of the previous reviews speak to its qualities; light weight, good and comfortable wrist band, black in color, thin face, etc. I am, however, disappointed in a couple of things. The first is related to design; I think I expected the watch hands to be gold as opposed to what they are, silver. Upon reflection, it appears that one can misconstrue from the advertisement photos that the watch has gold hands which indeed it does not. The second is related to the face; I think the watch could be stronger if it had a window for the date, perhaps a very subtle date window that nevertheless allowed the viewer to acquire that information with a little effort. And last is a comment directed at Amazon; the day after I ordered the watch Amazon dropped the price by $50! I paid over $200 for the watch and the next day it was listed for a little over $150. Do I feel ripped off by Amazon? You tell me . . .

Elegant, very light but not flimsy or cheap. The clasp is such that there is no visible break in the links of the band, a very nice touch. There is a taper to the case that makes the watch appear much thinner on your wrist. The outer pieces of the band have a nice satin/matte finish to them which is a nice contrast to the more polished and darker center pieces.

Some of the pictures are a bit misleading. The brown is not nearly as apparent in natural light as it is in the pictures. There is a very slight bronze tinge to the center pieces of the band, but it reads as black unless you look closer. There is a better picture at the Skagen website, along with many many other nice watches.

On the seller, the package shipped quick, arrived unharmed, and contained what I bought so nothing to complain about there.

I've only had this watch for a day now but it looks like it is going to be a keeper.

I absolutely love this watch. You will not find a more thin-faced watch with a low profile for anywhere near the price of the skagen watches. It has the appearance of a watch worth hundreds of dollars more than it cost.

The item arrived with a box extra cufflinks and the authentication certificate and warranty.
My biggest selling point to this watch was the thin watch face , I I'm a very active person and its low profile means it will not catch on many items allowing you to go about your day without worrying about scratching your watch. if you are interested in this watch please compare its thin profile to other watches you were considering. The majority of watches I found do not have a face thickness of less than 10 millimeters or 1 centimeter and the further a watch sticks out from your wrist the more of a nuisance they become .

Skagen has been in the business of making superior watches for decades and every Skagen watch I own is still functioning today as they did when I purchase them years ago. I would definitely recommend this product and seller to other Purchaser I have absolutely no complaint.

Diese Uhr und Ihr brauner Kollege ist Design technisch unschlagbar. Bisher läuft sie einwandfrei. Ich trage sie nicht zu allem, dafür ist sie mir einfach zu Schade. Aber für die besonderen Tage ist sie ein Augenschmaus.

Wichtig noch ist dass sie sehr leicht und angenehm zu tragen ist. Das Display ist groß und die Lesbarkeit durch den Kontrast Zeiger und Hintergrund gut.
Ich bin bis jetzt vollauf zufrieden. Zu beachten ist , dass Mehrkosten für Bandeinstellung zu tragen sind und sicherlich in Garantiefällen der Juwelier nichts damit zu tun haben will.

Da PREISTECHNISCH ungeschlagen 188€ nehme ich dieses Risiko in Kauf.
