When I first got this cup, I was pretty pleased. I didn't use it for anything related to a Keurig; I just wanted a tumbler that could seal fairly well, and it worked just fine. It was easy to clean, pretty much spill proof, and it felt sturdy. After about a month of daily use, I noticed there was water between the two layers of the cup. I was mildly annoyed, because I had treated the cup well, always hand washed it, and hadn't even dropped it (yet). But today, the cup has betrayed me further. See the attached picture- the cup has separated in two, the liner came completely apart from the outside. Ok, so I did drop it last week, but a cup that claims to seal should be able to take a hit or two. Now I have the inside layer that the lid still screws on to, and the outside layer, which is just a plain plastic cup now. But the whole cup was indeed greater than the sum of its parts. Sure, it still works, and hey, now I can dry the water between the two layers, but I expected better.

It's double panel really helps things stay insulated, and the "Autoclose" straw-hole lock is ingenious because I'm able to shake up my teas and whatnot thoroughly before I begin sipping. The lid screws on snugly and does not allow leakage due to the rubber lining. The straw is very durable and I see no chance of it breaking under normal use.

What can I say, it's simple but definitely quality. Made by Contigo and they've actually been my brand of choice for to-go drink containers for some time now.

Only Con and it's not truly a con is that I'm not a fan of yellow but I suppose I could probably find a different colored straw if I really cared that much.

This cup is very nice. I have had a few double walled cups in the past for iced coffee the caps were always a pain to screw on and they came apart quickly. This one has a MUCH nicer cap and l really like the self closing feature on the lid when the straw is out.

The only thing I wish was that it was a little bigger, like 20 Oz or so. I cannot complain since it says right in the description that it is 16 Oz, and it helps me moderate my coffee intake since I cant take more than 16 oz with me when I leave the house.

Yes, I've dropped it and it hasn't broken and it hasn't spilled!! It's sturdy and double walled so it doesn't sweat either!! I drink a lot of iced tea and have had to buy small brushes to clean the straw and lid. And a bottle brush for the tumbler itself but it's all worth it!! It's definitely one of my best buys

Great, except for price. Works great under the latest machines... fits perfectly under my K550. Also fills perfectly full of ice + 8oz hot tea/coffee. The lid goes on tight and is seal/spill proof - great for mixing/stirring. Once you put the straw in it's no longer spill proof obviously but makes a nice loose seal - Not enough of a seal to prevent spill leaks completely, but enough to keep in heat or cool. If you do spill with the straw in, it would be minor. My only real complaint is price... I mean, good lord, $20 for a plastic cup? You're paying for the exact dimensions here and the Keurig logo. I'm on the fence about the straw. It's decent quality - not great. I imagine the cup and lid will last indefinitely with hand washing. Top shelf dishwasher is OK per directions, but I can see that's not true based on experience. I think the straw is of lesser quality. I hope it lasts, but I'm not holding my breath. I like it enough that I just ordered a few more of these, just wish they weren't so expensive.

There is a previous model of this cup. I have no experience with it and cannot compare.

Another great accessory for the Keurig pot! Take the "shelf" off the bottom of the pot and place cup under brewer. I fill cup 1/3 of the way with ice, then brew a k-cup. Good, fresh flavor from Snapple k-cups. Better than out of the bottle. I add more ice after its done "brewing." Nice for on the go or just around the house to prevent spilling. Sturdy, well-made, lid fits well - noleaking - and very convenient. I highly recommend. Good for any other beverage you want to take to go.

Unfortunately the spring loaded part at the top of the cup broke off after only a month of once a day use. The cup does keep cold or hot well but the main part of the cup that made it better than the rest broke leaving this no better than the $5 grocery store versions. Very unhappy with this keurig product.

The area around the straw leaks, so the tumbler is not quite as good as I'd hoped. Does keep drinks cold for very long time, though. Note that it doesn't fit under the Keurig 2.0, but I just fill the tumbler with ice, make my coffee in a mug, then pour the coffee into the tumbler - same difference.

It is a great tumbler but be careful when you put the straw in the dishwasher as it will slip through the holes of the silverware holder and possibly hit the heat element and melt. You will need to wash it by hand. I could not find that you can buy replacement straws specificially like that. I did not find some clear ones at the grocery store that work fine with it. But I like the no spill feature. I have two of these now.
