Not A Fan actually, Contacted Gaspari Nutrition according to them the Blue containers are OLD Stock no longer sold. This is probably the best tasting intra workout drink I have ever tasted. I've tried plenty of intras that tried way too hard on the flavor and ended up over-flavoring. This is the only flavor of Aminolast I have tried, but there are others that I suspect are also good. It gives you a little kick throughout your workout, though it has no stimulants. I do not do well with stimulants since I work out in the evenings. If I use products with caffeine late in the day, I usually can't go to sleep. I love that this product does not contain artificial colors. I have tried plenty of intras that were bright red or blue and frankly that is a little disturbing. I am using this product because I am trying to improve my health and well being. Why would I want to drink a bunch of dye? This drink has a pale yellow color to it and that is just fine. It goes well with the flavor of lemon ice. I drink this to stay hydrated through grueling CrossFit workouts. Each time I'm ready to lift a little heavier or start a new round, I take a swig and get a little extra push. I noticed that this product also contains magnesium, which I assume aids in muscle recovery. I think these guys did their homework on this product. I really enjoy it, especially during summer workouts with no A/C.

Rich Gaspari is a very reputable man and so is his company. This stuff tastes great, a little too sweet for me, but you'll never know you are drinking an amino beverage. It really works! I have used it for long bike training rides as well as in the gym. I even use it on days that I fast to cut weight. It seems to help me get leaner than when I don't use it. Awesome product! It's like Gatorade on Anabolics without the overdose of sugar! ;-)

Tastes great.

However I drink this daily because it helps with muscle retention on days I miss the gym. I've tried a lot of different amino acids and Aminolast seems to work the best.

About a month ago I altered my diet to where I'm consuming more slow burning foods like peanut butter, beef, fish throughout the day. Which I had done this in the past using creatine. This time while consuming the Aminolast I'm back to benching 250lbs. This is a record for me because in the past I had to take creatine in order to bench more than 250lbs. I Imagine that if I mixed this with creatine I would have a good combo.

You just have to make sure your diet is in order and you should be set. Different food work for different people.

I recently bought into the Gaspari hype after seeing athletes I follow use and endorse their products. After trying this, I can say that their products is top notch. I bought this particular flavor because it was the cheapest. I was willing to get a crappy tasting amino acids to spend less money. Bodybuilding isn't cheap. I was wrong. This is amazing. The smell to the taste, I couldn't wait to take my recovery drinks after my workouts. As for if it works or not, let's just say that one day I wanted to speed up my recovery. I had two servings, one in the morning, and one in the afternoon. By the end of the day, my legs weren't sore anymore. They weren't fully 100%. They were still tender to the touch, but the mental soreness, my mind couldn't sense it anymore. Of course, coupled with a healthy nutritional plan, I was able to maximize my recovery with this. I would definitely get this again

So I use myofusion daily as my go to protein and I have been reading about how this stacks well and its a great post workout drink etc etc. I decided to give it a shot since I've been using myofusion for years now and its one of the proteins that doesnt send me to the restroom. The powder to this stuff is like baking flour consistency. When I went to look for the scoop(as big as the bottle) The stuff drifted all over the place. Wearing black pants did not look good either as I did look like a junkie for a second...The bottle is about 5-6 inches tall at the most. The scoop doesn't make sense as when the bottle is new you have to cram it back in and this stuff spreads like flour remember?

Now the taste is amazing. I got the lemon ice and it taste exactly like lemonade. It mixes well and it taste great. Now for the recovery. I can say I do not feel as sore as I usually do but I still feel sore. On chest days it barely budges any of that soreness or so. I have only taken it for 2 weeks(10 days) and only after workouts. All the other stuff that it claims to do I don't really feel it so.... For the cost its a hard call, give it a try if you like it you do, you don't you don't. For the cost there are a lot of other options for recovery.

This stuff is awesome! Everything about it is really great. The first thing I noticed was the great taste. The Watermelon flavor is really good! As far as performance, this stuff works. Without it I would start cramping while running after about a mile (I'm not an avid runner by any means, by the way), but with Aminolast I was able to go for two with minimal cramping. During lifting, I noticed that my muscles didn't fatigue fast at all. I drink it before workouts because I take protein after every workout. Seriously guys and gals, do yourself a favor and get some of this stuff. You won't regret it! I don't think I'll be training without this stuff ever again!

Strawberry kiwi flavour is definately my favourite although the other flavours such as watermelon are just as amazing.

This bcaa supplement is one that I enjoy throughout the day and works well if you're looking to consume low calorie (10KCal) drinks when on an intermittent fast without breaking the fast.

Works well during and after fasted cardio replenishing electrolytes especially if you sweat a lot.

I'll definitely be back for more :D

Excellent product. Great taste; takes a little getting used to but since I have started using this BCAA product I have completely altered how I approach my training sessions. For anyone contemplating starting on this supplement; just do! you won't be disappointed.
